‘Creativity in the Midst of Chaos: Poetry and Art from the Texas Death Row’

This Tank Money Production is a collaboration between a number of particularly gifted poets and artists held on the Texas Death Row who decided to unite and publish their talents in order to exhibit their creativity to a wider public.

Jeffrey Lynn Williams, Billy Joe Wardlow, Beunka Adams, Ray Jasper, George Alarick Jones, Howard Guidry, James Lee Henderson, Gerald Marshall, Arnold Prieto, Reinaldo Dennes, Joe Franco Garza and Miguel Angel Paredes united as a group of friends intent on making their mark on the world despite their confinement. These brothers-in-arms, some of whom have since been executed, express themselves through their creative work, hoping to touch your heart and provide a clearer understanding of their feelings and experiences behind the walls of Death Row.

They invite you for a closer insight into their thoughts and the climate of their incarceration by clicking on the following links.

With sincere thanks from all those involved in the publication.
