Robert Earl Butts, Jr. – Georgia Death Row
I believe that true friendship is the medicine of life and I’m writing this ad with hopes of finding just that…
Hope keeps me hanging on and pressing forward towards a positive change, without it I’d be lost. Success seems to be a matter of hard work and endurance, and that’s what I am about.
Hello, my name is Robert Butts and I was arrested when I was 18 years old and sent to Death Row at the age of 21. I have been here ever since.
I enjoy traveling, driving, nature, sports, and I’m definately an outdoors type. I’m also into poetry and art, I’m a self-taught artist. Some of my favorites include Ingress, Carravagio, Rembrandt and Van Gogh.
Having renounced my former self, I find that re-birth doesn’t follow automatically. A void is left in one’s vision and this void seeks to erase itself by pulling one back to one’s former outlook.
I believe that the more you are exposed to, then the broader your vision can be. This is what I am hoping to apply to my life.
I’m hoping to build long-lasting and meaningful friendships, but I welcome all and I hope to show you that a prisoner is not always a criminal.
